What exactly do you provide?

How long does setup take?

Setup typically takes 3-5 business days from when we receive your menu PDF. This includes design integration, content structuring, testing, and deployment.

Do you support multiple languages?

Yes! We can include multiple language support such as English-Russian (EN-RU) or English-Arabic (EN-AR). Just let us know which languages you need during setup.

Pricing & Payments

What's included in the $500 setup fee?

The setup fee covers custom design integration matching your brand, complete menu structure, seasonal themed menus, high-quality personalized QR codes, multi-language support, full deployment, and 3-5 day delivery.

Why is there a monthly fee?

The $50/month care plan covers high-speed hosting, unlimited menu updates via WhatsApp, security & SSL certification, 99.9% uptime guarantee, and regular backups. Think of it as your menu's insurance and maintenance plan.

Can I cancel the monthly plan?

The monthly plan is mandatory to keep your menu live and secure. However, you can cancel anytime with 30 days notice. After cancellation, your menu will be taken offline.

Updates & Maintenance

How do I update menu prices or items?

Simply WhatsApp me the changes! No CMS login needed, no complicated software. Just send me a message with what needs to change, and I'll update it within 24 hours. It's that simple.

Are updates really unlimited?

Yes! Change prices, add new dishes, remove items, update descriptions - as many times as you need. All included in your monthly plan.

What about seasonal menus (Christmas, Ramadan, etc.)?

Seasonal themed menus are included! We can create special versions for Christmas, New Year, Valentine's Day, Ramadan, and other occasions at no extra cost.
